- Helm, Great Helm
- Helmet surrounding the whole head. Usually consist of 4-5 metal plates riveted together. Worn over a mail or a small steel cap.
- Ricasso
- The dull part of a blade right above the hilt. Made for fingering. Not all swords have it.
- Jerkin
- 1. a short, close-fitting coat or jacket, often sleeveless, worn in the 16th and 17th centuries 2. a short, sleeveless vest worn by women and girls

- Whip commonly made of buffalo hide or rattan and fitted to a handle of wood
